Footings are officially complete, foundations are going in next week, and we’re already halfway through framing.

Manchester, CT Clubhouse Renovation & Amenities Space — Progress Update 🚧🔥

Big progress happening on this clubhouse renovation as the new amenities spaces continue coming together.

During construction, we faced an unexpected fire in the attic space. Thankfully the roof remained intact, but several trusses were damaged. We quickly brought in a structural engineer to design a repair plan so we could safely reinforce and repair the trusses without needing a full roof replacement.

We’ve also officially finished tiling all the bathrooms and are excited to start installing fixtures and bringing these spaces to life.

Proud of the entire team for continuing to push this project forward every day. 💪
