Twin Shores is proud to announce the successful delivery of a new 43,865‑square‑foot Hobby Lobby in Montebello, CA! Located in a former Big Lots store, the new location opened on February 13th.

This project highlights Twin Shores’ continued commitment to delivering new Hobby Lobby locations across the U.S. Our team currently has additional stores underway in Riverbank, CA and Kingman, AZ, with another project beginning soon in Bismarck, ND.

Phil Schissler will represent Twin Shores as a panelist for “Reimagining the Landlord/Cinema Operator Relationship” and will also lead a roundtable discussion on “Key Considerations in Renovating 2nd Generation Theater Space into Entertainment Venues.”

Early morning safety meetings are a priority at Twin Shores job sites, and strong leadership makes all the difference. Led by one of our Field Managers, Jordan Schoffstall, this meeting took place at a project we recently broke ground on at Verrado Marketplace in Buckeye, AZ—reinforcing accountability and open communication to ensure everyone goes home safely.

At Twin Shores, daily safety meetings are the foundation of our culture. They are never optional or a “check‑the‑box” exercise—they reflect our ongoing commitment to protecting our people and doing the job the right way.
