Construction starts Monday.

By Tuesday someone’s filing a noise complaint, dust is everywhere it shouldn’t be, and you’re the one fielding every call about it.

It doesn’t have to go that way.

Swift Wall is a modular temporary containment system that seals off the work zone completely.

Green Heart installs it on occupied office, aviation, and commercial projects across Georgia because the facilities we work in can’t afford unnecessary downtime.

Save this for your next project.

Construction inside a fully operational warehouse doesn’t work unless the contractor already understands what they’re walking into.

Green Heart Enterprises built this structural steel system inside an active Google fulfillment facility while operations ran.

Concrete was cut and poured, columns were fabricated and set, and fencing was installed all without interrupting operations.

The facility kept moving and the work got done. That’s the standard we build to.

If you’ve ever handed a space over to a contractor and spent the next few weeks hoping for the best, you already know what the wrong choice costs.

Green Heart Enterprises renovated Delta’s Woolman Executive Lobby from the ground up. Full interior demolition, custom millwork, security system integration, and preservation of historic architectural elements inside a high-security executive facility where there was no margin for error and no room for disruption.

The project got done on standard and without drama, which is exactly what a space like that requires and exactly what the people responsible for it deserved to have from day one.

If your next project involves a space you can’t afford to get wrong, visit our website or send us a DM.

It’s Construction Safety Week, and at Green Heart Enterprises we’re taking time to recognize the importance of keeping safety at the center of every project we build.

Safety is not just a checklist or a requirement on a jobsite. It’s part of the culture we work to create every day through planning, communication, accountability, and attention to detail.

From preconstruction through closeout, construction sites are constantly changing environments. That’s why strong coordination, awareness, and teamwork matter so much. The goal is simple: every person on site goes home safe at the end of the day.

We’re grateful for the crews, trade partners, project managers, and field leaders who help make that possible on every project.

One of the first questions clients ask is simple: How long is this going to take?

The answer usually depends less on square footage than people think, and more on planning, approvals, scope, and whether the space stays operational during construction.

Small tenant build-outs may take 6–10 weeks, while more complex improvements can take 12–16 weeks. And light commercial renovations often take 3–6 months.

What affects the schedule most:
- pre-construction planning
- permitting and approvals
- material lead times
- occupied vs. vacant conditions

If you to renovate without disrupting operations, start with a realistic schedule and walkthrough.

Most construction websites show finished work. They don’t always show how the work actually gets done.

We’ve updated ours to better reflect how we approach commercial construction.

You’ll see:
• who we serve
• how we manage projects
• how we work in active, operational environments

We partnered with Sadie Patton The Brand Barn to bring clarity and structure to the way our work is presented online.

The updated site is live at greenheartenterprises.net.

Airports don’t pause for renovations.

These restroom upgrades were completed for Delta’s below-wing facilities, inside an active aviation environment where durability, compliance, and uptime matter.

In high-traffic operational spaces, construction has to perform long after the ribbon cutting.

Finishes must hold up.
Ex*****on must be disciplined.
Schedules must be predictable.

That’s the standard we build to.

If your facility requires upgrades without disrupting operations, you can request a walkthrough through the contact form in our bio.
