🔧 NOW HIRING — EXPERIENCED HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC 🔧

WILLIS is hiring a well-experienced diesel mechanic. If you take pride in figuring out what's really wrong and fixing it right the first time, we want you.

What you'll work on:
🚜 Heavy construction and excavation equipment (excavators, skid steers, dozers, loaders)
🔧 Small equipment and attachments
🚚 Heavy trucks and light trucks
🚛 Trailers
📋 PA state safety inspections

Day-to-day work:
🔧 Preventative maintenance (PMs) on all trucks and equipment
🛠️ Breakdown repairs and in-depth mechanical work
⚙️ Engine, transmission, and drivetrain repairs
💨 Hydraulic system repairs
🌬️ Air system repairs
🚗 Suspension repairs
🔩 Component installs and upgrades
🏗️ Fabrication and welding
🚚 Truck and equipment upfitting — including new builds from the ground up
❄️ Mid-storm snow removal repairs to keep the fleet running

What we need from you:
✅ Minimum 10 years as a heavy diesel mechanic with a construction background
✅ Strong diagnostic ability — you find the problem, you don't guess
✅ Computer skills — comfortable running diagnostic software and researching repairs
✅ Ability to source parts cost-efficiently and keep clean maintenance records
✅ Own tools — well-equipped with small and large hand tools, battery-powered tools
✅ Comfortable working both in the shop AND out in the field on jobsites
✅ Clean, valid driver's license — CDL Class A is a plus
✅ State inspection license a plus (safety inspections)
✅ Drug free and reliable

What we offer:
💰 $28–$35/hr based on experience

In our office we are looking to hire multiple people, having experience in the construction, excavation, trucking, commercial sales, scale operations, auto and truck repair industries will be very helpful. Office tasks will range from customer interaction, receiving and sending invoices, accounting, phone calls, scheduling, and more.

CDL driver for Tri axle dump truck hauling, tractor trailer work.

Laborers with and without experience in all forms of construction, excavation, tree care, landscaping and maintenance and snow management.

Operators must be well experienced with small equipment and heavy equipment.

All employment positions must have a valid driver’s license and pass a pre hire drug test.
