At the Specialty Surgery Center of Central New York in Syracuse, MZ Construction supported a multi-phase renovation and expansion while the ambulatory surgery center remained fully operational, serving more than 75 clients daily.

At Hamilton College, MZ Construction supported the renovation of Burke Library under a tight timeline, with the first day of school as a firm deadline. Led by Foremen Derik Gibbs and Larry Comstock, the MZ team helped deliver quality work efficiently, coordinating with project partners, college staff, and specialty contributors to keep the project moving.

MZ Construction was proud to be part of the New York State Thruway Authority’s Rest Stop Redevelopment Project, helping renovate and modernize service areas across the I-90 corridor.

From Warners to DeWitt, Chittenango, Oneida, Schuyler, Iroquois, Indian Castle, Mohawk, Pattersonville, and Guilderland, our team contributed to ten rest stops used by millions of travelers each year.

The project brought together framing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, digital layout, prefabrication, interior renovations, custom details, and strong collaboration with trusted partners - all to help create cleaner, more functional spaces for people on the move.
