Wisconsin Oven's Horizontal Quench Systems are designed for solution heat treatment of aluminum parts.

These systems are capable of quench times as low as 7 seconds and load capacities of 8,000 lbs or more. Equipment can also be designed to meet industry specifications such as AMS2750 and CQI9.
