We are currently seeking an Weatherization Installer for our Easthampton office. As an Installer you will perform home weatherization measures throughout homes in Western Mass including air sealing, weather stripping, and insulation projects of varying sizes. The Weatherization Installer will work under the daily supervision of the crew chief in a 2 to 3 person team. Beyond Green is committed to maintaining a positive reputation of being a company who cares about their customers and offers high quality services and is looking for top tier candidates. Experience installers must demonstrate excellent work ethic and best practices. Entry level applicants must demonstrate a willingness to learn and commitment to professionalism. Take a glimpse into the lives of the people who grow and cook the local food we love as they tell true stories from their life experiences. Expect everything from the tragic to the hilarious as we journey through the fields and kitchens of the Pioneer Valley.
