Rek-Tek LLC is a local family owned HVAC Company located in Eastland County, TX who is looking immediately to continue to grow our team with the addition of a Service Technician/Installer.

We currently have an opening for a Service Technician/Installer. Previous experience working as a Service Technician/Installer is a PLUS but we are willing to invest our time and knowledge in training the right candidate.

Company vehicle and company phone will be provided. Full time employees receive PTO & Paid Holidays as outlined in company handbook.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be EPA certified or become certified within 30 days of employment
• Must have insurable driving record
• Must have own set of basic hand tools and instruments
• Prefer high school diploma or GED and/or trade school graduate
• Field experience as Technician/installer is preferred
• Troubleshooting and creative thinking skills required
• Must be willing to accept ownership and responsibility

The work week will frequently exceed 40 hours and will include being in an on call rotation, weekends and holidays.

All employees of Rek-Tek LLC must hold a valid driver’s license with a insurable driving record and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Pay will be determined by work experience. References and work history are required with application.

Good morning everyone, this is Wil Hogan Owner/Operator at Rek-Tek LLC

Wanted to share on here first to clear the air before the rumor mill gets turning. RIT LLC (also us) has made the decision to put our commercial property on the market.

This was an incredibly easy decision for us to make to better take care of our customers and to NOT have to increase Service Call rates and labor rates. We have high confidence that our economy is making a turn for the better but it’s a big ship and it’s gonna take a while so we’ve decided to get ahead of the curve.

While our equipment costs and refrigerant costs have sky rocketed thru our vendors, we continue to search for the best daily prices to minimize the effects on you our customer. We have done and will continue to do our best to limit those increases to our customers thru this transition.

Although we haven’t decided exactly where we will relocate the business address to, MY PERSONAL promise to you is that other than not being located at 409 Old Hwy 80E in Olden, nothing else will change. The same cheerful, helpful & familiar voices will answer the phone, Marshall (our Lead Technician) will still be the one making the daily repairs or changing out the equipment and if your lucky enough but unfortunate enough, you might even get me!

NO- we are NOT going out of business at this time, repeat we are NOT going out of business at this time!!! We are just closing the doors at the current location to make some necessary financial shifts to minimize the continuous increase in daily consumable items and equipment.
