For over 20 years, St. George School in Collierville, TN has had an aluminum framed fabric structure known as a "polygon" covering their aquatic center. There are very few polygon structures in the US, and even fewer companies with the experience and flexibility to reverse engineer a membrane replacement system to bring the structure back to life when the original membrane had reached the end of its lifespan. Enter Signature. Signature specializes in the design, engineering, manufacture and installation of membrane refurbishments regardless of OEM. Yesterday our crews finished reskinning the structure, resetting the clock for St. George to enjoy another 20+ years in its aquatic facility. No one performs more of this type of work than Signature.

One of Signature's first clients when we opened our doors over 20 years ago was the Seminole Tribe of Florida. We installed over 85,000 square feet of structures at 3 separate locations. The Tribe recently brought us back to perform an exterior membrane refurbishment for the gym structure at the Big Cypress Youth Center in Clewiston, FL. The entire membrane refurbishment took less than two weeks and reset the life cycle of the structure for another 20+ years at a fraction of the cost of replacing the building. No one performs more of this type of work than Signature. Before and after shots below

Congratulations to15+ year Signature client Philadelphia Eagles. Between the Eagles and another client, the New England Patriots, this is Signature's eighth Super Bowl "ring" 😁. LOL. We are proud to have worked with these teams to keep their tension fabric structure indoor practice facilities in peak condition, including major exterior membrane refurbishments for both, and a major interior liner/insulation system for the Eagles. Both of these teams trust Signature and both have sent us multiple referrals. We are proud of our client's accomplishments and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

This past weekend, I travelled to Joplin, MO for the Grand Opening of the new amphitheater canopy at the Leggett and Platt Green at the Harry M. Cornell Entertainment Complex. Thanks to Sharon Beshore, Clifford Wert and Hal Robertson from the Complex as well as Chad Greer from Corner Greer Architects and from my team everyone at Signature Structures and our partners Lightweight Manufacturing. Every clean sheet design build fabric structure project is both very challenging and very rewarding, and this one was plenty of both. I hope the people of Joplin enjoy this amphitheater for decades to come. After what they've been through, they deeply deserve it.

The Harry M. Cornell Cornell Arts & Entertainment Center project is complete and the customer is thrilled. They chose Signature without a completed design because they believed we were the right partner and we delivered a clean-sheet design build amphitheater canopy that will take the Center to the next level. Many thanks to our partners, Lightweight Manufacturing, our in-house team, and Larkin Taylor, our site supervisor for delivering this awesome project.

Harry M. Cornell Center, Joplin MO. Progress pics!! Almost there. Had to deal with some weather issues, but Signature's crew is nearing completion on this amphitheater cover that will provide a dramatic and beautiful setting for countless events for many years. Clients are ecstatic with the progress, and eagerly anticipating a December 7th Grand Opening Celebration. This was a clean sheet design-build collaboration between Signature Structures and Lightweight Manufacturing.

Signature is proud to have partnered with Lightweight Manufacturing on this project in Dayton. The attention to detail in design, engineering, manufacturing and installation were critical to making this beautiful design come to life. Few companies have Signature's range of capabilities. Last week, Signature kicked off its latest membrane refurbishment of a Titan Series structure originally manufactured by Cover-All Building Systems. The demise of that company has left a lot of owners with an after-sale service void, a void Signature has been filling for years. The Park Sports Center is a premier indoor sports facility in Milford, Massachusetts. When Signature is finished, they will have a brand new Serge Ferrari 942 membrane roof.
