Waterfront Renovation Update 🔨🌊

Big progress on this full home renovation + addition.

We’ve officially hit a major milestone —

The structure is fully dried-in and you can really start to see the vision take shape. The new addition ties in seamlessly, and the window layout is going to maximize those waterfront views exactly the way it was designed.

Next up: mechanical rough-ins and bringing the interior to life.

This is where a project really starts to transform from framing to a finished home — and the exterior is about to take a big step forward with the siding.

🔨 Waterfront Transformation in Progress

We’re excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at one of our latest waterfront renovations here on the Eastern Shore.

This project started as a full gut — taken down to the studs — and is now being carefully rebuilt into a custom home designed to take full advantage of the water views.

⚠️ Unique challenge on this one:
Due to environmental regulations, we were required to preserve parts of the existing house structure, making this a true renovation rather than new construction. That means tying new structure into old — and doing it the right way.

What’s been completed so far:

✔️ Full interior demolition
✔️ Structural prep & preserved wall integration
✔️ New foundation work
✔️ Framing underway with upgraded layout
✔️ ZIP System sheathing for a tight building envelope

What’s coming next:

➡️ Roof framing & dry-in
➡️ Windows to capture waterfront views
➡️ Interior layout taking shape

This one is going to be a major transformation — from an outdated structure to a high-end waterfront home build.

🔨 Project Spotlight: Kitchen Renovation Begins!

Demo day is officially underway on our next kitchen project. Cabinets are coming out, walls are opened up, and the transformation is just getting started.

🚗 Garage Project Complete (Paint Coming Spring) 🚗

This project is officially complete with the exception of paint, which will be applied in the spring when weather conditions are ideal. We completed a full demo of the existing garage and replaced it with a brand-new detached structure, along with a new stone driveway for a clean, durable finish.

Garage doors, interior and exterior lighting, and all electrical work are complete. The Hardie siding is fully prepped and ready for paint.

🚗 Garage Project Update 🚗

This detached garage is making great progress! Hardie siding is installed and ready for paint, electrical work is currently underway, and garage doors will be installed soon. The structure is really coming together, and we’re excited to move into the finishing stages.

Big milestone reached on this custom build!

✔️ Plumbing, electrical & HVAC rough-ins complete
✔️ Fire sprinkler system installed
➡️ Ready for insulation and Exterior painting!

The home is really taking shape as we move from structural work into the next phase. Attention now turns to insulation, drywall, and interior finishes.
