It must be the year for additions—this is our third one of the year!

We're excited to share that all rough inspections passed this week, which means it's time to close up the walls and move into the finishing stages over the next few weeks.

We can't wait to see this project come together and reveal the finished result.

Before and after: this project converts the property to single‑level living. Highlights include expanding the half bath to include a curbless shower and laundry area, adding a full kitchen, installing a side exterior entrance with full sidewalk to driveway access, and constructing a 16' × 36' addition comprising two bedrooms and a living room. Notable progress was made on this project today! Despite morning rain, the team successfully completed the concrete pour for the new entrance walkway, finalized the countertop template, completed the shower tiling, and received the appliance delivery. This addition is nearing completion. We will be sure to post more photos after the final work and cleanup is done.

Another week coming to an end and a lot of progress made on this addition since my last post! All siding, gutters and aluminum work is done, drywall is all hung, sanded and primed (primer obviously not pictured). Stay tuned for more in the coming weeks as we start to get the finishes done.
