Notable progress was made on this project today! Despite morning rain, the team successfully completed the concrete pour for the new entrance walkway, finalized the countertop template, completed the shower tiling, and received the appliance delivery. This addition is nearing completion. We will be sure to post more photos after the final work and cleanup is done.

Another week coming to an end and a lot of progress made on this addition since my last post! All siding, gutters and aluminum work is done, drywall is all hung, sanded and primed (primer obviously not pictured). Stay tuned for more in the coming weeks as we start to get the finishes done. Everyone loves a good before and after so here’s our latest project. The team at Little Creek Contracting did an awesome job pulling the paver patio and replacing it with an expanded stamped patio fixing drainage issues making it a much more usable space. We then came in to demo the existing deck and building a roof over it complete with recessed lighting, a fan and a mount for a tv. All trim and finished materials are low maintenance PVC and composite decking making this a space that will be enjoyed for years to come!
