Here is big porch we built . It had a smaller flat roofed porch on before ( pics included ) but was in bad shape . The customer wanted somthing bigger that would look like it was original to the home . We matched the existing gable and made two more to match . We also did the siding on the exterior of the home . We made the gable pediments and the flower boxes for the windows . We will be posting the rest of the siding pics soon .thanks for looking ! 👍

Here is a big remodel we did . We added an addition with a lot of windows for natural light . Turned an old part of the house which had an indoor pool at one time . We leveled out the floors and built a new kitchen , master suite and a bonus room . Due to the pool being in for years without proper ventilation. There was a lot of framing repairs neede to be made before we could build . It has all pine ceilings part of it with exposed beams . We got to get creative with the trim . We removed the old cedar siding on the house the. It got ripped up and ran through a planer and made into the trim for the windows , base boards , an accent wall and a couple doors . We installed new hardie plank siding on the outside . We will post pics of the exterior soon . Thanks for looking ! 🙂

Here is a little pro tip to help with your trim jobs . This customer had a broken octagonal window in their closet . We had to replace the window and the trim . The walls however were less than ideal as far as flat and even to accept our trim . Trying to put it together piece by piece on the wall would have been difficult. So any chance we get we cut our trim and put out miters together with a 2 part adhesive . You put the glue on one side and spray the activator on the other and it create a strong instant bond . One thing to keep in mind is that it is instant and you need to be precise when joining the pieces . Once you get it all together you can hang it all at once and get perfect results every time . 👍 we will try to start giving pro tips at least every month so follow for more !
