Before the next "Why is this unit down again?" email hits your inbox, run through TCG's post-storm checklist:

🔸Clear the leftovers. Remove lingering snow and ice from outdoor units and vents so airflow isn't fighting winter leftovers.

🔸Inspect like a pro. Have a licensed technician perform a comprehensive post-storm inspection, including system testing, filter checks, damage assessment, and a close look at ductwork and vents.

🔸Watch the air. Monitor carbon monoxide detectors for any changes in air quality.

At Total Comfort Group, this position owns branch operations end to end; technicians, supervisors, service delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general trades.

This role is for someone who:
🔸Has real field experience (5+ years in commercial HVAC)
🔸Has led service teams and knows how to develop technicians
🔸Understands preventive maintenance, labor control, and margins
🔸Is just as comfortable on a job site they are running operations
🔸Takes ownership when things don’t go as planned and makes them right

What you’ll lead:
🔸Branch operations and self-performed work
🔸Field supervisors and technicians
🔸Service quality, safety, and client relationships
