The only way to repair was to backfeed the flooring with a bit of degreaser to help with the glue!

Heater no longer worked in this bathroom fan.

We replaced with same fan. Unfortunately; the wires were so old I could not match the wires from previous. I ended up finding 11 wires instead of 8 so that was a little troubling, but we got it done.

All 3 switches and fan are back to operating as normal!
