Lumber prices are rising again, adding to the cost of a newly built home and pushing rents higher for new apartments.

I encourage everyone who is looking to build a well built home to watch this video. Housewraps have rapidly become obsolete and there are much better options on the market. Unfortunately most builders are resistant to change, nor do they see the benefits. I have been using Zip System for a couple years now and enjoy the benefits on my own home. I am also trying to educate others about the benefits. A rising tide lifts all boats.
