In this role, you’ll prepare and finish parts and assemblies by washing, grinding, priming, coating, and painting - ensuring every product meets our high standards.

What You’ll Do:

✔ Prepare parts for coating (washing, taping, plugging, surface prep)
✔ Apply powder coat finishes safely and efficiently
✔ Maintain paint equipment, booths, and wash systems
✔ Perform thickness testing and verify color/finish accuracy
✔ Read blueprints and follow work instructions
✔ Meet production goals while delivering quality craftsmanship

What We’re Looking For:

Optimize, Innovate, and Drive Business Success

Plank is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to take ownership of the systems that support our core business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving complex system challenges, and translating data into meaningful insights.

You will manage, configure, and enhance our ERP platform (Infor Visual ERP preferred) while partnering with teams across finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution. Your work will directly support operational efficiency, data integrity, and informed decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize ERP systems across end-to-end business processes
• Develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, stored procedures, and reporting tools (SSRS, Crystal Reports, SmartViews, Phocas)
• Design dashboards and KPI reporting to support strategic decisions
• Ensure data accuracy, system security, and reliable integrations with BI tools
• Provide user training and technical support across departments

Qualifications:
• 1–3+ years of ERP experience (Infor Visual, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• Experience with reporting tools and data analytics
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
