We have a cute little flip/rental on the west side of town.

This little home had a very small tight kitchen. It needed the floors level, and we took out the access to the basement to make it into a pantry! The basement is not usable space, so we thought the risk of taking out the inside access and only have the outside was worth the risk.

We were able to get this rented out pretty quickly and we are excited to give this home a makeover.

We have cleared out all of the things, and started to work on the Bible house. It has good bones, but needed some love. We are putting in a whole new kitchen and patched up some of the walls.

We are happy to see this house is coming along and cant wait to see the end results.

Now this one is an exciting flip for us! We love houses with stuff in them! This house looks like it might be bad, but it was pretty well taken care of.

The previous owner was a Bible collector and had a pretty extensive collection. We have been taking our time with them and finding good homes for them all. We see how bad the landfills are getting, so we try to resell or donate as much good quality items.

We have made quite the progress on this house already and look out for some updated pictures!

On that note, anybody need a bible?

We love fixing up a house for a new home owner to call it their home!

This beauty we had bought in the summer time and listed it right before Thanksgiving! It had beautiful bones to begin with but just needed a little TLC.

There was carpet all in the main level, and when we peeled it back, thankfully there was hardwoods. We got them refinished and looking wonderful again! After that, we coated the walls with a fresh layer of spackle and paint, and put in some new carpet in upstairs.

Overall, we are happy with how this house turned out and we hope the new homeowners are enjoying it!

New month, new flip! 🏡

One of our favorite things is referrals, and this was referred to us by one of our tenants!

We like to make difficult situations easy on families. We understand how difficult it can be to go through all of a loved ones belongings, so we are always willing to take houses with everything left behind.

We take pride in letting sellers have all of the flexibility they need while going through these tough times.

We are excited to bring this house back to life and make it a home again for the next buyer. ❤️

Last week we added this beauty to the flip roster! A nice 3 bed, 1.5 bath house in Eau Claire. She will only need some minor cosmetic work and then she will be getting listed!

Not all of the houses we get are hoarder houses. Some times we are able to get simple houses like this, because it is stress free to buy from us versus putting it on the market.

The littlest Tutor got to go to her first networking event!

Shaun, Brooke, Sam and Lily went to business after hours to get our name out into the community and make some new connections!

Lily was the Belle of the ball and sure helped us make some new connections.

Its crazy what new floors, paint and a good cleaning can do for a room!

This is one of our newest rentals we added.

The units had very good bones to start with, unlike some of our more recent projects...

We lile to use a nice neutral color in all of our units that make the rooms look brighter and give you a feeling of home.

This unit also has the pleasure of a beautiful fireplace to really bring it all together.

This one is for the books!

This property was unique to us on both ends of the sale. First, we never purchased this property ourselves. Second, we had our end buyer in mind before we started any work to it.

We had a friend who was looking for a house, but he would have had to go above his price range to get the work done he needed to.

This is where we were able to step in and get a house at a lower price point because it was off market. This allowed for us to do the work and get our friend a house at his price point!

We really enjoyed this project and we are always looking for more deals!
