HM Cragg has been providing quality backup power solutions since 1968 as a manufacturer’s representative and distributor of uninterruptible power systems, power electronics, backup battery applications, and other complementary products. Headquartered in Eden Prairie, MN, we maintain a national presence with an additional office in Sioux Falls, SD, three distribution centers (Minnesota, North Carol

ina, and Nevada), and sales personnel located across the country. HM Cragg provides a full range of preventive maintenance services for backup battery and UPS applications as well as installation services for telecom, switchgear and control, and power plant environments. HM Cragg is an ESOP and as an employee-owned company, our “owners” represent the values of the company – honesty, trust, integrity, ethics, and knowledge. This translates into a customer experience that’s a "WOW" - or we make it right. HM Cragg has done business this way since 1968. We’ve been employee-owned since 1998. Throughout 2025, our team showed a dedication to workplace injury prevention, earning the Bronze Achievement Award!
