Watch teamwork in action! 🎒

A huge thank you to all the MTS employees who volunteered at our Greater Twin Cities United Way United Way Action Day. After assembling 750 backpacks last year, we challenged ourselves to make an even bigger impact. Together, we surpassed that milestone by assembling 1,000 backpacks for elementary students across the greater Twin Cities area.

We’re proud to support our community and help local students start the school year ready for success.

Exciting news from the FAME (Federation for Advanced Manufacturing Education) pipeline at MTS.

We’re proud to share that Chris Birchfield, a recent graduate of the FAME program at Washtenaw Community College, has started with MTS as an FSE, and we’re also welcoming another new FSE Intern from the same academy program!

It’s especially exciting to have two individuals from the same FAME cohort joining MTS, highlighting the strength of this talent pipeline and the opportunities it creates for future engineers.
