From learning to leading. 🚀

What happens when you give interns meaningful projects, supportive mentors and managers, and the opportunity to make an impact? You get growth you can see.

This summer, we asked our interns the same questions on their first day and their last to see how much they’d learned, how they’d grown, and how their perspectives had changed along the way.

Here’s to a summer of Learning to Leading. ❤️

Watch teamwork in action! 🎒

A huge thank you to all the MTS employees who volunteered at our Greater Twin Cities United Way United Way Action Day. After assembling 750 backpacks last year, we challenged ourselves to make an even bigger impact. Together, we surpassed that milestone by assembling 1,000 backpacks for elementary students across the greater Twin Cities area.

We’re proud to support our community and help local students start the school year ready for success.

3…2…1… liftoff! 🚀

Our annual Water Bottle Rocket Competition is always a favorite. From creative designs to impressive flights, children of employees (and adults too!) brought plenty of innovation and fun to this year’s event.
