I grew up in construction, my dad worked for MC Anderson Construction back in the day and I was always on the back of a piece of equipment with him. My first job in High school was with them and now today I have my own company and my son and dad work along with me. When I started I purchased one piece of equipment and mostly focused on clearing lots/land for home builders. After the economy fell w

e were able to hold on and switch to smaller construction jobs for other companies in our area. Even though we are still a small company, I have 11 employees, several pieces of heavy equipment and can take on bigger construction jobs along with the smaller lots for the home builders that got me where I am today.
