ECM hopes that everyone is prepared and remains safe during these storms. At times like this, we truly understand the importance of the work the U.S. Corps does to protect us and ECM looks forward to continuing to assist them in building protective structures in Southeast Louisiana.

EDGARD CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS is a local, licensed borrow pit that has supplied clay to U.S. Army Corps levee projects since 2009. ECM provides critical sales tax revenues to St. John the Baptist Parish. In addition, ECM hires from the community and purchases equipment from local businesses. The upcoming West Shore Lake Pontchartrain levee project will provide additional employment opportunities for local residents.
