Another rental done up for a owner in JC
Updated lighting, repaired sub floor and new flooring, ceilings textured, paint job new roof, hvac work, some new insulation and Sheetrock in rooms and much more done to add another nice 3 bed 2 bath home to the county for renters
I won’t post pics to how bad the last tenants left this one but I’m going to say it’s a 150 turn around

Love looking back in time on jobs that I’ve done!! I’ve come a long way from just a girl starting out as everyone thought I would fail at being a female contractor of not just one skill but all skills!! The storms may come and throw me off a little but I’ll always keep pushing through them!!
