Installed new siding and gutters on this house last winter. This spring we removed their old concrete stoop and replaced it with Trex composite decking and black aluminum railings. Bonus on this post, we built the back deck in 2016 and it still looks great! With a little help from a power washer.

This winter we took on a large remodel to turn an office building into a dentist office. We took out some walls and built new ones to create the new foot print. This included all the patient rooms with a hallway separating them from the lobby, a lab and sterilization room behind the front desk, building the actual front desk, and a room for their X-ray machine.

We would like to congratulate the Gray family and staff on opening this week, and wish them the best at their new location!

Last year we completed this beautiful full home remodel. New kitchen and bathrooms, opening up the wall between the kitchen and living room, new entry doors, new trim throughout the entire house, and refinished the original wood flooring. We also added the fireplace and the windows around it, the picture window in the dining room, and the wrapped beams in the addition. This was “phase one” of this project. I had posted the front and back decks back in March, so this post completes this project.

These old stairs were uneven, had almost half of the required clearance room for code and were just dangerous. We took them out, cut back the floor in the room above them to allow more room for head clearance and installed new stairs to meet code!
