I want to take a moment to address a situation that’s been circulating and speak openly with the community I proudly serve.
First and foremost, I sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and frustration surrounding this project. None of us are perfect, and I take full responsibility for where communication could have been clearer. Since this began, we’ve dealt with a combination of factors that were honestly out of our control — including a difficult winter season, material delays, and multiple delivery reschedules due to weather and supplier issues.
The materials for this job were ordered, and like many in the industry have experienced recently, timelines extended far beyond what was originally expected. That said, I completely understand how delays can feel from the customer’s perspective, and I never take that lightly.
I also want to be very clear — my business is built on trust, hard work, and standing behind what I do. All work that requires licensing is handled accordingly, and everything we do is both insured and warrantied. I take pride in building strong relationships with my clients, and it genuinely bothers me when something disrupts what should be a smooth, positive experience.
At this time, there is unfortunately nothing further I can do until I receive a response from the other party so we can move forward appropriately. And that’s exactly what I intend to do — move forward. Forward is the only direction we plan to go, and the only way I know how to respond to situations like this is by continuing to show up and deliver quality work.
I do appreciate all feedback — both positive and critical — from this community. This is where I work, where I build, and where I continue to grow. I will always strive to do better and improve wherever I can.
