The Crew Facility Maintenance would like to introduce our newest Safety Coordinator Intern!

At just 18 months old, we decided to start his training early. We figure if we get him in a hard hat and safety vest now, he’ll be ready to hit the ground running in about 16 years.

Although… we’re pretty sure he has his sights set a little higher. He seems to spend an awful lot of time eyeballing Chris’s desk when he comes to visit mom here at the office.

VP in training? We may have a future executive on our hands.

If you didn’t know- a few months ago, we moved into our new office and warehouse space, and we’ve been hard at work transforming it along the way.

Here are a few before photos from when we first took over the space. It’s been exciting to watch the progress as we continue to build it out into a place that better supports our growing team and operations.

Stay tuned -we’ll be sharing the finished product soon.

Our HVAC team recently completed work at Lightbridge Academy in Ramsey, MN, in partnership with Heritage Construction. The project features beautifully wrapped ductwork throughout the attic- proof that quality craftsmanship matters, even in the spaces no one sees.

This facility is now set up for reliable, year-round comfort so little learners can focus on growing, playing, and exploring. Great work by the crew on a project that meets both building standards and toddler comfort expectations.
