If you didn’t know- a few months ago, we moved into our new office and warehouse space, and we’ve been hard at work transforming it along the way.

Here are a few before photos from when we first took over the space. It’s been exciting to watch the progress as we continue to build it out into a place that better supports our growing team and operations.

Our HVAC team recently completed work at Lightbridge Academy in Ramsey, MN, in partnership with Heritage Construction. The project features beautifully wrapped ductwork throughout the attic- proof that quality craftsmanship matters, even in the spaces no one sees.

This facility is now set up for reliable, year-round comfort so little learners can focus on growing, playing, and exploring. Great work by the crew on a project that meets both building standards and toddler comfort expectations.

Another project well done by our team here at The Crew- a full HVAC and plumbing build for the brand new First State Bank in Rosemount, MN constructed from the ground up with Hoeft Builders, Inc.
Our HVAC team installed 7 furnaces and condensers per plan, with top-notch insulation on all furnace ductwork to ensure long-term performance and efficiency.
On the plumbing side, we tackled everything from underground work, plumbing fixtures, and elevator pit drains to gas piping for a beautiful fireplace that now serves as a standout feature in the space.

It’s been a busy winter here at The Crew!

We are excited to show off the successful completion of our latest project- a full HVAC and plumbing installation for a new ground up Les Schwab Tire Centers in Hutchinson, MN. We installed a snowmelt system to keep outdoor walkways and entry points clear and safe during those Minnesota winter months. This site is one of four tire centers we completed this winter and look forward to showing everyone our spring endeavors.

We’re thrilled to announce another daycare completion! We collaborated with Global Power & Construction, Inc to complete the mechanical portion of the new Higher Ground Education in Apple Valley, MN! This remodel had comfort and safety in mind for the little ones and staff with energy efficient systems and childproof accessories. It’s always rewarding to contribute to projects that make such a positive impact on the community.

Grilling up some appreciation for our hard-working team!

Our team members enjoyed some well-deserved relaxation and camaraderie, strengthening the bonds that make our company strong. Guess what? It’s pool season!

Our amazing team collaborated with VSI Construction and Facility Solutions and Swim School in Lakeville, MN to complete the HVAC portion of this tiki-resort-style swim school! The fabric duct throughout the pool area is a visual treat with cool exposed ductwork throughout the rest of the site. We had a blast being involved with this project and can’t wait to show you what else we have under wraps!
