We were honored to be recognized by the Ponca City Area Chamber for 39 years of Chamber investment.

For nearly four decades, OMPA has been proud to support the Chamber's mission while serving our member communities through reliable, affordable public power. Our longstanding partnership with the City of Ponca City continues to play an important role in helping us provide wholesale electric power and energy services to 43 municipally owned electric systems across Oklahoma.

Thank you to the Ponca City Area Chamber for this recognition and for the opportunity to be part of a community that values collaboration, economic growth and public service. We're grateful for the partnerships we've built over the past 39 years and look forward to many more.

Thanks to grant funding from the Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG), OMPA has added a new Toyota Tundra to support residential and commercial energy audits across our member communities.

The new vehicle will help our team travel more efficiently while delivering valuable energy-saving recommendations to customers. Energy audits provide insights into home and business energy use, helping identify opportunities to improve comfort, increase efficiency, and reduce energy costs.

We appreciate ACOG's partnership in supporting programs that promote energy efficiency and benefit public power communities throughout Oklahoma. Look for us out in your community!

Our linemen were honored at the State Capitol in celebration of Lineman Appreciation Day. Representatives from utilities across the state gathered to recognize the critical role linemen play in keeping power reliable and communities running strong.

The day included a formal declaration on the House floor, along with time spent in the rotunda visiting with legislators and sharing more about the work linemen do every day. It was a meaningful opportunity to highlight their dedication, skill, and service to Oklahoma communities.

We’re proud to recognize and celebrate the men and women who keep the lights on—today and every day.
