When owner Lance Baisden began his first job in the home building industry, an entry level office job at that, he set a personal goal to gain the knowledge and expertise to successfully run his own company one day. He quickly moved from that office job to the field, building and managing a vast array of production homes which eventually led to the creation of exceptional custom homes. 250 plus houses later, White Oak Dwellings became reality.
