Green Fuels Operating

America’s energy future depends on our ability to turn crude oil into the fuels we use every day.

In this clip from The Stephen Gardner Show, Victor Davis Hanson discusses why domestic refining capacity matters for reliable fuel supplies and national security.

At Green Fuels Operating, we’re focused on helping build that future through cleaner refining, with our Duncan, Oklahoma project representing a step toward stronger domestic fuel production.

We’re building a future with cleaner refining and a stronger fuel supply, right here at home.

Built to scale. Designed to adapt.

GFO facilities are engineered for phased development, allowing units to be constructed, deployed, and expanded progressively.

This adaptable approach supports faster buildout timelines and helps align capacity with regional production needs as demand grows.

Flexibility today. Room to grow tomorrow.

Our Duncan refinery project continues to move forward.

Local leaders are taking the next steps toward a proposed TIF district and exploring funding for the refinery and supporting infrastructure.

We’re encouraged by the continued collaboration with Duncan Area Economic Development Foundation and local leaders in Stephens County as we work toward bringing new energy infrastructure and economic opportunities to Oklahoma.

What connects a truckload of groceries, a departing flight, a farmer’s next harvest and a newly paved road?

Refined petroleum products.

Green Fuels Operating’s planned product lineup supports four industries that keep America moving:

🚛 Trucking: Diesel to move goods across the country.
✈️ Aviation: Aviation fuel for passenger flights and cargo transportation.
🚜 Agriculture: Diesel to power tractors and equipment from planting through harvest.
🛣️ Road construction: Asphalt to build and maintain the roads that connect our communities.

GFO’s approach combines more efficient processing methods with a focus on the products businesses depend on every day.

The products behind everyday progress.

Land is one of the first major investments in any infrastructure project. Using it efficiently matters.

GFO’s modular system is designed to support a 10,000-barrel-per-day facility on approximately 20 acres. This efficient use of space can help lower upfront site costs while supporting meaningful production capacity.

Smart land use does more than conserve space. It creates a more practical and scalable approach to developing modern energy infrastructure.

What does the “green” in Green Fuels Operating really mean?

GFO will refine traditional petroleum products, but we will use a different process than conventional refineries.

Our low-intensity, closed-loop system is designed to recycle energy through several stages of the refining process. This helps use less energy, lower production costs and improve safety by operating under less extreme conditions.

The “green” describes the smarter, more efficient way we plan to operate.

GFO believes meaningful economic growth begins with responsible private investment.

All GFO facilities are privately funded. While we may work with local and state leaders to pursue available economic development incentives tied to job creation and workforce growth, GFO does not intend to use local or state tax dollars to fund the engineering, construction, or operation of its facilities.

Our commitment is to create quality jobs, support workforce development, invest responsibly, and build lasting relationships in the communities we call home.

The most expensive barrel of oil isn't always the one that's produced. It's often the one that has to travel twice.

In many oil-producing states, crude oil is shipped hundreds—or even thousands—of miles away to be refined.

Then the gasoline, diesel, jet fuel, asphalt, and other finished products are transported right back to the communities where the crude originated.

That means:
➡️ Higher transportation costs
➡️ Longer supply chains
➡️ Refining jobs and economic value created somewhere else

Our modular refineries offer a different approach.

By refining closer to where oil is produced, states can:

✔️ Reduce transportation and logistics costs
✔️ Lower fuel handling and storage expenses
✔️ Deliver products to market faster
✔️ Strengthen regional fuel supply and energy security
✔️ Keep more jobs, tax revenue, and economic value at home

At Green Fuels Operating, we believe refining closer to the source isn't just better logistics—it's a smarter way to build stronger local economies, more resilient supply chains, and a more efficient energy future.
