Despite ongoing weather challenges in Romulus, our teams continue to rise to the occasion. 👏 Remaining site work including concrete aprons, sidewalks, and curbs are currently being poured while exterior painting, metal panel installation, gutters, downspouts, and site electrical work continue to make steady progress. Inside the building, significant milestones have been achieved as lighting and permanent power are now complete.

Amini's Fulfillment Warehouse is complete 👏 The 48,000 SF multi-use facility includes a fulfillment center, wood shop, hot tub shop, and administrative offices. The 36’ clear height building was designed to support efficient logistics for both customer pickup and home deliveries as well as specialized fabrication and repairs. Congratulations to the entire team that made this project a success!
