We’re building momentum at NorthPoint Development's Romulus Trade Center 🏗️ Crews continue to make significant progress on the 283,000 SF single-load Building 6, with roofing, rock grading for asphalt, irrigation installation, exterior paint prep, electrical rough-in, fire sprinkler installation, and interior slab pours all underway. The project is on track for completion later this year.

Romulus Trade Center Building 4 is complete! 👏 The 312K SF industrial spec building offers both rear-loading and cross-docked options, LED lighting, and 45,000-pound dock levelers.

A brutal winter and wet spring made this build a challenge, but our crews and subcontractors weathered the challenges, working overtime and utilizing temporary heating solutions to keep progress moving forward.

A true team effort from start to finish, we couldn't have completed this project without many key subcontractors including D&R Earth Moving, B&B Concrete Placement, Southern Roots Steel Erectors, and Daniel's Glass. Congratulations to all involved on a demanding but successful project delivery!

Located in Fairborn, OH, this 196,000 SF food-grade freezer facility offers flexible temperature-controlled storage from -10°F to 55°F, 28 dock positions, high-speed freezer doors, and a blast freeze system capable of rapidly freezing up to 200 pallet positions.

From maximizing storage capacity to designing for flexibility and efficiency, this facility was built to support a wide range of tenant needs. We’re proud to see another successful project across the finish line!

Progress continues to build at 23 North Commerce Center 💪👷 Building 100 has reached a major milestone with tilt panel er****on now complete and steel er****on underway. Meanwhile, Building 200 tilt panel pours are in progress and tilt-up is scheduled to begin next week. Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape!

We're getting closer to tip-off 👀🏀 Exterior painting, wall rough-in, framing, and drywall installation are underway at The Courthouse 618/Shoot 360. In the coming weeks we have the installation of aluminum storefronts, interior finishes, lighting, and basketball equipment.

Big footprint. Bigger success. 👏 We're proud to announce the completion of Flint Development’s Capitol 95 Logistics, a 935,000 SF Class A industrial facility in Fredericksburg, VA. Earthwork began in April 2025 and, despite numerous weather delays from excessive rain, our crews delivered the state-of-the-art facility in just 14 months. Special thanks to Vicon Construction LLC. who set up an on-site batch plant to supply more than 45,000 cubic yards of concrete needed for the project.
