This holiday season we were honored to witness an incredible display of our company culture as over 130 of our outstanding team members, from both the office and the field, gathered to celebrate the holiday season with a meal at our South Jersey office and warehouse. The strength and unity of The Baumgardner Group team was evident as we created lasting memories and shared laughter while enjoying a delicious holiday feast. Big thanks to , , and for helping to make the celebration a success!

A special highlight of our holiday season was the heartwarming response to our toy drive with . 🧸🎅 Through the incredible generosity of our workforce, we were able to collect toys for children in our community. These gifts will undoubtedly bring joy and happiness to children in need, and for that, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who contributed.

🌟 Preston & Steve's Camp Out for Hunger 2023: This year, we were honored to stand alongside Preston & Steve in their Camp Out for Hunger initiative. Our team collected shelf-stable food items to donate. Together, we're addressing food insecurity and creating a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

⛳ 2023 Golf Classic: Swing for a cause! We were delighted to be a invited to participate in the 2023 Golf Classic, a day of friendly competition and camaraderie. This year's event included fundraising efforts specifically for Mayfair Middle School—the only middle school with a Career and Technical Education (CTE) Program in the city. By participating in the Golf Classic, we're not just enjoying a round of golf; we're actively supporting educational opportunities for students in our community.
