This system simply couldn't keep up any longer and the family had enough of sweating in their sleep so we took care of the A/C and Heating in the same go, now we're set all year!

A fairly routine swap-out for efficient York products. This is what sitting pretty looks like from an HVAC Standpoint.

We're currently offering a $500 instant rebate on top of any other available incentives with a new system install before October 1!

The small windows of mild weather in NJ are when nobody's thinking about fixing their HVAC- this is a reminder that if you keep putting it off, you'll remember in about 2 months when that temperature dips suddenly overnight!

Not only do we help our customers find state-funded rebates into the thousands, not only do we help them apply for the financing, we're just lopping $500 off the top right now for a new system when you schedule installation before 10/1/26.

Of course, certain terms apply. They're simple.

Drop us a line before you forget- AGAIN!

The attic was 135-140° on this job during installation. That’s not an exaggeration.

We were able to get this EHT family’s comfort woes taken care of in just a couple days and our team helped them with 0% financing for 84 months, no money down and no worries.

The help is out there, you just need the right team to step in and help your guide!

Post storm PSA to our community
(Eyes up here!)

After last nights tornado touchdown in EHT we have been flooded with service calls for A/C units new and old not working as expected.

Here are the most-common causes-

Tripped Breaker: The sudden rush of returning electricity can overload the circuit and trip the breaker in your main electrical panel.

Time-Delay Lockout: Many systems feature a protective, built-in 3 to 5-minute (sometimes 30-minute) delay to prevent the compressor from short-cycling under pressure. Obviously it’s been longer than 3-5min since the storm but it helps to know!

Blown Capacitor or Contactor: Power spikes during grid restoration can fry the small electrical parts responsible for jump-starting the outdoor fan and compressor. Especially if your system is older, look for burnt components you can see without removing any panels. A burnt electrical smell is an obvious tell.

Thermostat Glitch: Digital or smart thermostats may freeze, lose their Wi-Fi connection, or revert to a default non-cooling setting. Crazy to think that we have to reboot a thermostat in 2026 but that’s the tech trade off!

Control Board Damage: Voltage drops or surges can harm the low-voltage transformer or main logic board inside the air handler. That’s a professional’s job. Don’t explore that one if you’re not well-versed in HVAC.

Luckily today is much more mild after the storm so we hope everyone reading this is able to stay comfortable.

PS- did anyone see that witch on a bike over top of Little’s Dairy Bar last night? Crazy!

Welcome to the team, Erscwin!

(We aren’t sure if he’s going to cut it as our parts runner, but he’s Wayne’s 2nd cousin twice removed and he asked to be paid in pizza)

We work very hard to please everyone we can, but also know that sometimes it’s not feasible.

This 1-Star review on Google came in, and while it’s a huge bummer…we get it despite the fact that it’s ill-informed.We installed this system on a new construction about 2 years ago through the builder as a contractor.

There’s no service agreement in place, so repairs/warranty issues need to go through the manufacturer since we weren’t hired for a service agreement.

On the inverse, homeowners aren’t required to use us(or whoever installed the equipment) for repairs/replacement.

That’s freedom of choice.

We stand behind our work, but the warranty from the manufacturer/builder is separate from a maintenance agreement and unfortunately some folks do not understand this, which means we get the 1-star review and take it on the chin best we can.

Hazards of the industry is all you can chalk it up to, even if you explain to them in-detail…and surprisingly this person who left the review actually works in HVAC themselves, which is disappointing.
