Beautiful behind the scenes of construction on the 18th floor of Broad & Noble luxury apartments.

In a notable collaboration with Sundance Bay, Toll Brothers has successfully secured a $100.2 million construction loan from Wells Fargo to develop this impressive 18-story project in Philadelphia. The vision includes a 344-unit apartment complex, boasting 106 underground parking spaces, 16,176 square feet of amenity space, and 10,440 square feet of retail space overlooking a beautifully landscaped plaza. 🦺 During the ongoing new installations at 1101 Chestnut, the pace of material movement encountered a potential slowdown, posing a risk of delaying project completion. However, Project Managers Jason and Mike diligently addressed the situation to ensure that the site obtained their materials in a timely manner. 🧱

The Guthrie Glass project management team had an incredible, exclusive tour in Geneva, New York, hosted by Guardian Glass North America. 🌟In their massive 850,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, Imagine molten glass flowing on a bed of hot metal (usually tin) 24/7/365 to create those sleek, modern windows we all love. 🏢

Unfortunately, no pics were allowed inside the plant, but our team made up for it with tons of awesome shots capturing their unforgettable time and team-bonding in picturesque, northwest New York 🚵‍♀️
