Finishing up another Crown Hills Alpine install. 3-ton heat pump this time. Not straight cool like yesterday.

Reused a furnace that was only a few years old. New coil. New 4-inch filter. Surge protector. Dual fuel.

This house can heat with the outdoor unit or fire the gas furnace. Lot of solar here, so the heat pump makes sense.

Stay to the end.

Monday, 11 AM. Crown Hills in Alpine. Outdoor unit swapped. New furnace and coil in the attic. Existing ducting was good.

Primary drain, secondary safety switch, pan with another switch.

Not as hot as last week. Portable AC up there while we work. That’s the move now on attic jobs.

Stay to the end.

Happy Friday up here in Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Valley area. Wrapping up. Another nooner.

Did this one about a year ago. Came back today to match it. AC Pro X Series.

Furnace was already pretty new, so that stayed. New coil. Plenum transition. New safety switch.

Old drain just dumped onto the garage. They were having condensate issues. Reworked all that. Cleaned it out.

Attic system that services the bedrooms. Replaced the furnace. Replaced the coil. Added a Phenomenal Aire. Big MERV filter, 4 or 5 inches. Change it once a year.

Added the safety switch for the drain and a secondary drain pan. This didn’t have it before.

Just after 3 in El Cajon. Two system change-outs today.

Attic does the bedrooms. Garage does the living spaces. New furnace, new coil, both sides. Matching outdoor units. Big MERV filter. Phenomenal Aire.

Guys knocked it out. Started 7:30. Finished at 3.

One more day of heat in East County. They’ll be able to sleep tonight.
