Wrapping up day 3 of an AC Pro heat pump install in Pacific Beach. This unique house faces intense summer heat, so we've installed a 5-ton system with a downflow air handler and a 3-ton system with a line set cover. The homeowner was tired of humidity and couldn't sleep comfortably. Now, they'll be comfortable year-round.

Downtown San Diego project today at 850 State Street. Swapping out an older heat pump air handler system and getting this setup upgraded the right way. Tight access, high rise logistics, and detailed work, but these are the kinds of projects we enjoy.

A lot of older downtown condos are running equipment well past its prime. New variable speed heat pump systems are quieter, more efficient, and provide much better comfort year round.

Completed another full HVAC upgrade in San Diego. We installed a new furnace, added a new air conditioning system, replaced the original 1989 attic ducting with new R-8 insulated ducting, and corrected the water heater flue pipe. Projects like this help improve airflow, comfort, and energy efficiency throughout the home.
