CalCIMA’s Elevate Conference is designed for the next generation of professionals in the materials and construction industry. Miguel attended the Technical Asphalt Committee session to stay up to date on evolving practices and changes impacting his home state of California.

The highlight for him was the keynote Peter Lemon, President of GraniteRock, who emphasized the importance of curiosity—and the value of saying yes to it.
