They are at it today with a tear off and re shingle roof giving this home the protection and fresh look it deserves!

The clouds have been kind enough to give the crew shade, but they’re not doing much to help with the heat! Regardless our crew pushes through it to make sure the job is completed with quality craftsmanship!

Completely transformed this house inside and out! You would never believe this house had over 10+ years of water damage from a leaking roof! Took out the old sky lights and added these dormers that gives this house plenty of natural lighting and just the right touch to modernize and bring it into this century!

SV Construction | New Porch Build + Roof Overlay

Another clean transformation in the books.

We recently completed this custom front porch addition, designed to add both curb appeal and everyday comfort. This build features a solid wood structure, custom railing, and a finished ceiling that gives the space a polished, welcoming feel. The covered design brings shade and protection, making it a true extension of the home rather than just an add-on.

To tie everything together, we also installed a new shingle overlay on the existing roof, giving the home a refreshed, uniform look while adding another layer of protection.
