Brett brings a positive, can-do attitude to work each day and approaches every task with integrity, precision, and pride. He isn’t afraid to ask questions, which allows him to continually expand his knowledge. His commitment to learning and doing things the right way shows in everything he takes on. In a dynamic and evolving work environment, Brett has demonstrated the ability to be a forward thinker and one who is quick to react and adapt to challenges that come his way. He has willingly stepped up to take on additional responsibilities, always maintaining a team-first mindset and doing whatever it takes to keep things moving forward. His humility and openness make him a natural teacher to others, setting a positive tone as he shares his processes and helps the team grow.
