🚨 NOW HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (HEAVY CIVIL / UTILITIES)
📍 El Paso, Texas | CMD Endeavors, Inc.

CMD Endeavors is continuing to grow and we are seeking a proven Project Manager with verifiable civil utilities experience to support our expanding Heavy Civil Construction operations in the El Paso area.

This is a high-impact role responsible for driving project success from pre-construction through final closeout.

What You’ll Own:

✅ Lead heavy civil and underground utility projects from pre-construction through closeout
✅ Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field ex*****on
✅ Partner daily with superintendents and field leadership to drive production
✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards
✅ Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
✅ Identify risks early and implement proactive project solutions

What We Require (Non-Negotiable):

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
🔹 Minimum 5–10 years Project Manager experience in heavy civil construction (utilities, earthwork)
🔹 VERIFIABLE underground utilities experience (water, sewer, storm)
🔹 Proven record managing multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget
🔹 Strong knowledge of contract administration (AIA, Design-Build, lump sum, unit price)
🔹 Excellent scheduling skills using MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools
🔹 Strong financial acumen for budgeting, cost tracking, and profit analysis
🔹 Demonstrated leadership managing field teams and subcontractor performance
🔹 Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
🔹 Excellent communication and organizational skills
🔹 Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
🔹 Commitment to safety, quality, and people

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ CCM, PMP, or OSHA 30 certifications are a plus
