Our strength is the manufacture of simple, discrete wire harness assembly for automotive, appliance, industrial, and custom markets. Our sweet spot is the manufacture of 20-26 AWG, discrete and multi-conductor, wire assembly averaging 2-6 min per piece (33-100hrs/m), higher mix, low/medium volume, utilizing a combination of automated and manual processes. We are also capable and do manufacture larger wire gage harnesses. In addition we sell electronic components and a wide range of heat shrink tubing products such as polyolefin, dual wall polyolefin, specialty tubing, and non-shrinkable PVC tubing for use in wire splices, terminations, harnesses, and electrical connections.
