Today, PROD Design & Analysis, Inc. had the pleasure of welcoming six members of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) from UTEP for a tour of our facilities.

Led by our Founder and CEO, Pablo Rodriguez, the visit included an overview of PROD’s history, capabilities, and processes, highlighting how engineering, design, and manufacturing come together to deliver solutions for our customers.

At PROD, we believe that sharing knowledge and fostering connections with the engineering community is an investment in the future. By opening our doors to students and professionals, we aim to inspire new perspectives, encourage collaboration, and contribute to the next generation of engineering talent and innovation.

After more than 18 years with PROD, Sylvia Lopez has officially retired, closing an incredible chapter filled with dedication, growth, and countless contributions to our team.
Sylvia began her journey with us as an Office Administrator, becoming one of those familiar faces who helped keep everything moving behind the scenes. Over the years, she grew alongside the company and transitioned into Human Resources, where she continued supporting our employees and helping shape the culture of our organization.
Those who have worked with Sylvia know that her impact goes far beyond a job title. She has been part of so many milestones, changes, celebrations, challenges, and memories throughout PROD’s history.
We are incredibly grateful for the 18+ years of commitment, loyalty, and heart she gave to our organization.
