This project has a bit of a story behind it.
We originally did not win the bid on this custom gate. Our proposal came in higher than several others, and understandably the customer explored those options first. Unfortunately, after moving forward with another company, communication stopped and the project stalled out completely.
In the end, the customer came back to us to get the project completed, and we are grateful they did.
There is a reason some bids come in far lower than others. Running a legitimate fabrication business means carrying insurance, maintaining equipment, standing behind the work, and pricing projects in a way that allows the company to still be here years later when customers need service, repairs, upgrades, or future projects.
For this install, one of the biggest advantages we could offer was the ability to reach completely across the brand new driveway with our install truck to auger the holes and set the posts and gate without driving equipment on the brand new driveway and risking damage. That capability only exists because we continually invest back into the business and the equipment needed to tackle projects properly.
Every part of this project was completed in-house by Mountain Man Metal Works, from the initial design and fabrication to powder coating and final installation. Handling the entire process ourselves allows us to maintain control over quality, scheduling, and the finished product every step of the way.
We are proud of how this one turned out, and even more thankful for customers who value quality workmanship and trust us with projects like these.
