THE RACE IS OVER 🏁

The Boathouse Crew CRUSHED the Marsh Crossing Crew and officially earned the prize on this week’s check! 😂💰 These boys came to WORK‼️

All competition aside, the guys absolutely killed it on this one. Solar panels are installed, the water line is going in, and the boat lift will be brought in around the middle of next week for installation and wire-up. Another one just about in the books. 💪

And we aren’t slowing down. We’re already mobilized and working on two more projects—a deck in Foley and another boathouse in Orange Beach.

We couldn’t be prouder of this crew. They work hard, take pride in what they build, and somehow still find time to talk a little trash and make a competition out of it. 😂

A BIG congratulations to Kolsyn on becoming a new father! We’re tremendously proud of him and his growing family, and extremely thankful for the hard work and dedication he brings every day. Congratulations, brother! 👊much love, we are blessed to have you as a team member, leader, and friend. 🙏🏼

BROADMOOR CONDOMINIUMS | FINAL WALKTHROUGH — PART 2 🌊

Part 1 showed you the scale of it.

Part 2 is where you really get to see how this whole project came together.

There were a lot of moving pieces on this one, and every section had to tie together clean, safe, and built for long-term use in a tough coastal environment.

We finished this project a few months back, but I’m still damn proud of the final product and the way our crew handled it from start to finish.

Big projects like this take planning, coordination, and a team that knows how to adjust when conditions change.

Broadmoor was a big one—and one we’re proud to have our name on.

FINAL WALKTHROUGH | PARTS 1 & 2 🌊

We’re about three months late getting this one on Facebook—but there was no way this Broadmoor Condominiums project was staying buried in the camera roll.

Honestly, it took two videos to do it justice.

From the decks, stairs, and elevated walkways to the beachfront crossover and final finish details, this was a large-scale coastal renovation with plenty of moving parts. Part 1 sets the stage, and Part 2 shows just how much ground this project covered—so make sure you watch them both.

🏁 ONE RACE. ONE CLEAR WINNER.

The Boathouse Crew officially takes it. The boathouse is 99% complete, and we’re only waiting on the new 6,000-lb Quality Aluminum Boat Lift. This thing came together beautifully and looks absolutely awesome.

And the Marsh Crossing Crew?

Let’s not sugarcoat it—they got their ass kicked. 😂

But they never quit. They’re coming in right behind the boathouse crew, and the crossing is looking damn good. ThruFlow decking from end to end, supported by 0.60 marine-grade treated joists throughout—strong, clean, and built to handle the Gulf Coast environment.

The race may have a winner, but both crews delivered one hell of a project.

🏗️ Project Update

We’re making up for lost time.

The boathouse roof framing is almost completely up, and the metal order got called in today. We’ll be picking it up tomorrow morning and getting the roof dried in.

Over on the marsh crossing, the crew is on pace to have the framing wrapped up by lunch, and the decking won’t be far behind.

After getting slowed down by the storm, it feels good to see this project moving again. These guys have been getting after it, and it shows.

We’re getting closer every day. Stay tuned… this one’s about to change fast. 👊
