NOW HIRING: Crew Lead / Driver

Outdoor Fun Inflatables is looking for a dependable, motivated Crew Lead to join our team.

This is more than just driving. You'll lead a small crew, interact with customers, and help deliver safe, fun experiences for events across Baldwin County.

What You'll Do:
✅ Drive company trucks and trailers to events
✅ Lead deliveries, setups, and pickups
✅ Work alongside your crew during setup and takedown
✅ Interact professionally with customers
✅ Help maintain equipment and ensure safety standards are followed

Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record (MVR review required)
• Able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
• Able to work outdoors and perform physical labor
• Weekend availability required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous truck and trailer towing experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in delivery, logistics, moving, landscaping, construction, or related fields

Pay: $18–$22/hour based on experience and performance

This position has room for growth and increased responsibility over time. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, lead by example, and become a key part of our operation.

Our busiest season runs spring through fall, but we're looking for someone interested in growing with the company long-term. Additional off-season work, equipment maintenance, warehouse projects, leadership responsibilities, and future leadership opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
