Safety Week 2024 was a BLAST💥👷

Throughout the week our employees participated in activities that raised awareness to safety fundamentals such as hand placement, housekeeping, lifting and stacking and much more. To end the week our employees enjoyed activities including co****le, dunk tanking their supervisors, forklift rodeo and some awesome raffle prizes.

1st Quarter Update👋🏼 We had an AMAZING first quarter with lots of great stuff going on all throughout the plant, check it out below!

-Local Job fairs leading to us bringing in over 20 new employees this year.

-Brand new break room opening to give our employees a clean place to relax and enjoy their breaks.

-New Hire Breakfast to make sure all of our new faces get a chance to meet with management and understand what it means to be a part of the UFP team.

Shannon is a go-getter here at the Elizabeth City plant. Day to day Shannon runs the Giben but when he’s not operating or maintaining his machine he’s always looking for ways to better this company by being a member of our CI Committee.
