Hey, Neighbors! Happy Thursday! I just wanted to let you know that next week will be quite the rollercoaster for us. We have some family obligations to take care of, but will be running our scheduled calls as they are right now. However, we may not be able to do many (or any) emergency calls. I will be somewhat unreachable on Mon and Tues next week as I have a funeral to attend.
Wed-Fri I can take some calls, it will be spotty, but service calls will need to wait until the following week, unfortunately as we will be attending a wedding over the weekend that our kids are involved in so we need to be present and help out. (See? Rollercoaster! 😅)

Very sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Please make sure you have plenty of filters on hand to change in the event you do have a struggling system. We do have a couple companies we can refer you to if you absolutely cannot wait. We appreciate your patience and loyalty to us!

Hey, Friends! I just wanted to thank you all for your patience, lately! We got introduced to a few new contractors that are sending us quite a bit of work, plus adding to that our kids are in the last couple days of the school year so I am working on shifting our daily routine for them to be home, helping finalize all "end of the year" tasks, our oldest has finals this week so only has a couple hours a day to be in school (so I'm picking him up when he's done)....on top of the daily grind! 😅😆

With the additional project requests coming, that is part of the reason some of you have not heard from me on your AC appts.
My biggest goal is to avoid (or limit) moving your appt around. There is a very large chance I have you on a time slot already, especially if we saw you last year and regularly in previous years, but I need to make ab-so-lute-ly sure that time slot will work on our end before I tell you what it is. 🫣
*Once you and I agree on that time slot I do not want to have to ask you to move it.* 🥹

We got this 💪 and I am trying my best to stay organized, but I do know it's taking me a bit to get back to you for scheduling/ confirming appts. (Hense the 5am/6am texts some of you are getting😅)
You are definitely a priority, it's just tough to do much when I'm on the road chauffering kids around and running company errands in the middle of the day.
Get me through this week and I'll be able to level out next week when everyone is home with me and we settle into our next routine. 🫶

Happy Monday! Cold Monday! 😬 So, I did have a handful of you scheduled for maintenance appts this week, but unfortunately it looks like we will need to reschedule since it's going to be chilly all week. However, I purposely left the next couple weeks with some wiggle room, for this very reason so we don't have to go too far out. (I left notes for my "future self" last year letting me know what the weather did last year 😆....thank you "2025 Me!")

I'll be looking closely at the forecast over the next couple days and see when we can make arrangements when it warms up, but that should be pretty easy.

Happy Mother's Day to all Moms out there!!!!!
Hope you all get a nice, enjoyable, relaxing day no matter what that may look like to you!

Real quick: we have been getting messages from many of you regarding error messages coming up on your systems of "Critical Issue" of some shape or form. If an email or phone number shows up on it DO NOT respond to it!
**Please contact us directly!!**
Many of these critical messages are a scam. We are not entirely sure where or how these are happening. I will be getting on the horn to our TM tomorrow.
We are noticing it's happening mostly with brand new systems and on weekends (Sundays mostly) which causes you to hesitate to call us if you think we are closed/ unable to get a hold of.
If it will help you be at ease, we are more than happy to come by and put eyes on it just to make sure everything is still okay with your system, but please don't hesitate to contact us directly!

It's Friday!!!! 😃 Also, guess what next week is?
Small business week!!!
Look, I know, I can hear your eye rolls.
But, for real, y'all have been absolutely amazing to us! (Yes, I'm playing the "y'all" card again 😉) I still think I'm not cool enough, but whatever.

All I ask is over the next week, and beyond hopefully, please support small businesses! Even if it's not us, please go into the small coffee shop, cafe, local bookstore, HVAC, electrician, plumber, restaurant, massage, nail spa, woodworking, auto mechanic, auto body, all of the above I can go on and on! Even reach out to me if you want locally supplied honey! Or eggs! Or coffee beans! Or beef! Or pork! (Perks of living rural, I tell ya!!)

I understand there are "big name" stores that are privately owned via franchise, which I also support. But small businesses need your love this week.
Let's support each other, okay? 😉
