Cetane Associates (“Cetane”) is pleased to announce that Campbell Oil Company (“Campbell Oil”), based in Elizabethtown, N.C., has acquired the New York assets of Sail Energy, LLC (“Sail Energy”), based in Portsmouth, N.H. The transaction closed on June 22, 2026.

This acquisition expands Campbell Oil Company’s Dealer Division, tank wagon fuel operations, and growing jobber network while building upon the strong relationships and customer-first foundation Mr. Robertson established over many years.
