In recognition of (a belated) National Apprenticeship Week, we’re proud to share a closer look at how apprenticeship and hands-on training are helping carry Leo Kob Co. forward.

At Leo Kob Co., that means creating opportunities for the next generation to learn and grow meaningful careers close to home.

Our apprenticeship program is one way we continue supporting the community we’ve served since 1904. It reflects something we believe deeply: strong companies are built by strong teams, and strong communities need skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work.

Save the date for this year’s Holiday Food Drive!
⭐️ Leo Kob Co. will be matching all donations. ⭐️

We’re collecting donations next week - Monday, December 8th through Friday, December 12th. Canned & dry goods can be dropped off at Leo Kob Co.

🥫 A few categories needed include: canned soups, peanut butter, jam/jelly, canned fruits & veggies, pasta/rice, breakfast items (cereal/oatmeal) & baking mixes.

This week we’re celebrating her 5-year anniversary with Leo Kob Co. and her birthday.

She greets everyone with a smile, keeps the office running, and brings a little sunshine to every day. We couldn’t imagine this place without her.

🍂 When the leaves start falling… it’s time for a little home prep.

Here are 5 quick checks that can save you headaches (and money) later this season:

✔ Kick on your heating system early: Catch problems before the first cold snap.
✔ Change your furnace filter: Keeps your system running efficiently.
✔ Shut off & drain outdoor faucets: Turn off the hose bib valve inside and drain the faucet outside.
✔ Check your sump pump before fall rains: A quick test can prevent basement flooding.
✔ Clear leaves from outdoor vents & outlets: Blocked vents can be a safety hazard.
