Ever think about doing a DIY renovation but not sure where to start? Want to try and tile a floor but not sure if YouTube is all the help you need? I can help! I have experience with demo, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior doors, trim and crown moldings, tile (floors and showers), laminate flooring, luxury vinyl tile flooring and hardwood.

If you want to do the work yourself, but would like to know that it is being done correctly and to code, I will be scheduling my time as a “Construction Coach”. I have the tools and experience, you provide the materials, muscle and a willingness to learn.

I had fusion surgery on my neck, so will not be doing any more remodeling projects. Not sure what the future holds.

Removed poorly built sunroom, had new foundation installed with 10” block and framed new 4 season room. Demoed old kitchen and installed custom cabinets by John King Custom Cabinetry, an Amish craftsman.
