Forest would like to introduce one of the newest additions to our sales team; Meet Andy Dickman, your go-to partner for creative packaging solutions.
With an impressive 28 years of experience, Andy brings both expertise and passion to every project he touches.
What drives him most? Delivering that “wow” factor by finding creative, impactful packaging solutions that stay within budget while exceeding expectations. Whether he’s partnering with new customers or reimagining existing designs for better user experience and cost savings, he approaches every challenge with integrity, creativity, and a big-picture mindset.
Andy especially enjoys working with startups, helping them build a strong foundation for their packaging from day one. But don’t be fooled...he’s also no stranger to high-pressure challenges, like designing corrugated solutions for delicate, intricate products (yes, those are the projects that test the caffeine levels).
Around the office, you can sum up his day in two words: Stressful & Fun.
Outside of work, he is all about enjoying life: live music, fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends. Andy is always up for trying something new and brings that same open-minded energy into his work.

We have featured his work...Now it's time to feature the newest addition to the Forest Packaging design team! Meet Brandon McMillan! Brandon brings over 20 years of experience in the corrugated industry, specializing in quoting and designing custom packaging solutions. His favorite part of the job is problem-solving. He enjoys figuring out how to turn an idea into a practical, real-world solution. When a new project lands on his desk, Brandon’s first move is identifying the challenge and creating a smart, effective path forward. Outside of FPC, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, walking his dog, training for 100-mile bike rides, and spending quality time with his family.
