Consider this your reminder to take a look at the AC unit sitting outside your house.

Dust, dirt, leaves and debris can build up around your outdoor unit while it works hard to keep your home comfortable.

And sometimes you don’t realize just how much has collected until you see it come off.

A little maintenance can go a long way toward helping your system do its job.

Not looking so good out there? We can help.

Be honest… how many of these HVAC myths have you believed?

From this, to this.

Two homes. Two old systems out. Two brand-new systems in.

When it’s time for an HVAC upgrade, sometimes getting the old system out and the new one in takes a little more than a toolbox. These crane installs gave our team access to exactly where the equipment needed to go, safely removing the old units and getting the new systems into place.

A new HVAC system is a big investment, and the quality of the installation matters just as much as the equipment itself.

Now these Sacramento homeowners are ready for whatever the heat has in store.

Thinking it might be time for an upgrade? Let’s talk.

Why does upstairs feel like a sauna while downstairs is perfectly comfortable?

It’s a common complaint in two-story homes in Sacramento.

Heat entering through the roof and attic can make the upper floor harder to cool, but that’s not the only thing that can contribute. Airflow, ductwork, insulation, thermostat location and the way your HVAC system is set up can all affect how evenly your home cools.

And when one thermostat is responsible for the entire house, downstairs can reach the set temperature while upstairs is still asking for relief.

The good news? An uncomfortable second floor doesn’t automatically mean you need a new AC system. Sometimes the first step is figuring out why the temperatures aren’t balancing properly.

Save this for the next time you’re wondering why it’s 72° downstairs and *definitely not 72°* upstairs.

We’re heading into the final stretch of Sacramento summer, and this is exactly when systems that have been running nonstop since May start to slip.

Change the filter, it’s probably overdue by now. Keep the outdoor unit clear of leaves and debris. And if it’s been a while since a check, get it looked at now instead of waiting for it to give out during the next heat wave.

Save this so you make it through the rest of the season without an emergency call.

We don’t guess what’s wrong with your AC. We check. Then we fix it.

That means getting a closer look at the outdoor condenser, checking the system readings, and looking for things that could be getting in the way of your system doing its job.

And sometimes, what’s getting in the way is exactly what you can see here.

Dust and debris can build up around the condenser over time, making it harder for the system to release heat efficiently. Cleaning that buildup and checking how the system is actually operating gives us a much better picture of what’s going on.

It’s all part of giving your AC the attention it needs to keep up with Sacramento heat.
