Important Notice for Village of Hunter Residents - Hubbell Companies has begun the scheduled water meter replacements throughout the Village of Hunter. If you see their crews in your area, or receive a knock at your door, please don’t be alarmed. This is legitimate work being conducted on behalf of the Village of Hunter Water Department.
Their trucks are clearly marked with the Hubbell Companies name for easy identification, and letters have already been mailed to residents. With so many solicitors and door-knockers in the area lately, we want to reassure everyone that they will not ask for signatures, they will not request personal information, and there is no charge for this service. All they need is access to your water meter.
Work will continue through the winter months, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
